Terraferma Cycles Inc. guarantees all frames for 5 years from date of purchase. We further guarantee that our frames are made by us, in our own workshops, not sub-contracted out, or purchased elsewhere, and that all reasonable precautions have been made to ensure the finest selection of materials and workmanship processes possible. Should any defect occur we will repair or replace your frame, at our discretion, without charge. This does not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, unusual wear and tear and only applies to parts manufactured by use. This guarantee is only valid to the original customer. Frames repaired or altered by any other firm forfeit warrantee coverage herein. |
