Below are the classic road frame geometries.  Rest assured, they make for a fine riding frame.  These, together with your measurements, are an excellent starting point.

Standard Features
Head tube angel at 73 degrees
Fork rake at 4.3
BB drop at 7.0 except for smaller frames, which have 6.5
Chain stays are 41.5
